At Lake Shore Heating & Cooling, we believe in the power of community, family, and honest service. Founded five years ago by husband-and-wife team Phil and Amy, the company was born from a desire to connect with their local community while providing a service every household needs — especially during the long, cold winters of Minnesota.

Phil brings over 21 years of hands-on heating and cooling expertise to the table. Known for his ability to think outside the box and solve even the toughest HVAC challenges, he combines deep technical knowledge with a genuine passion for helping people. Amy, with 28 years of customer service experience, is the heart behind the welcoming, personalized touch our customers experience from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Together with their children, Paige and Charlie, and a team of dedicated coworkers, Phil and Amy have built Lake Shore Heating & Cooling into a business rooted in integrity, reliability, and family values. Every job we take on — no matter how big or small — is treated with the care and attention we’d expect in our own home.

We strive to make every customer feel heard, valued, and supported. We encourage open communication and questions, and we never take for granted the trust our clients place in us. For us, there’s no greater reward than hearing a customer say we brought them comfort, peace of mind, and a job well done.
